You know who killed me
Silent Observer is Kent County’s alternative to silence. If you have information about these homicides and wish to be anonymous, contact Silent Observer at 774-2345 or click on the link below. We don’t want your name – just your crime-solving information. More lives will be lost unless our community members realize that the code of silence is a weapon used to spread fear, chaos and mistrust. By not telling Silent Observer or police information about serious crime, who wins? Not you or me – not our friends and family. The only beneficiaries of silence are the ones who make life dangerous for the rest of us. This code of silence devastates lives and ruins neighborhoods. Your voice is important and your voice could save a life – possibly the life of someone you love.
