Help ID These Suspects

The goal of this initiative to allow the community to assist police safely and anonymously in solving these crimes by using Silent Observer.  A solved crime also brings victims a sense of closure and justice which is also a goal of this project.  Some of the cases are older in nature and we hope to communicate to those who might hold back in giving their crime-solving information to look at their relationship with that suspect now and ask themselves if they still have the same fear or the same allegiance to the perpetrator and if not, to use their voice now to do what’s right and share their information with Silent Observer. Certainly, a suspect is not presumed guilty until he is convicted by a court of law.  But this will give the suspect the opportunity to answer to his/her charges. As with all tips that lead to the arrest of someone involved in a crime, rewards are offered in all cases highlighted.
