Kent County Probation is asking for assistance in locating John Phillip McKinney III, a fugitive who absconded from supervision on 4/17/17. He was on Probation for Controlled Substances. He is believed to frequent the area of 33rd and Eastern. It is also believed he is carrying a gun, so caution should be exercised.
