On 10/15/2020 at 10:38 p.m. Grand Rapids Police were dispatched to the area of Eastern AVE SE and Oakdale ST SE because of a report of gunshots.  Officers located the victim, James White 09/25/1986, in the alley between Adams ST SE and Oakdale ST SE west of Eastern AVE SE.
