Grand Rapids Police Officers were dispatched to the BP Gas Station, 2763 Madison AVE SE on 06/25/2021 at 11:29 p.m. and found Arthur Brown 09/15/1987, inside of his vehicle deceased with a gunshot wound. Video obtained by police shows two suspects approaching Arthur’s vehicle from the north along the sidewalk of Madison AVE SE. The suspects approached Arthur’s vehicle and fired shots prior to the suspects fleeing the area. One suspect was a black male, tall, in a white t-shirt, black pants, and black ski mask. The other suspect was a black male, skinny, wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with hood up, and possibly had glasses.
