One Year Later, Mom Searching for Answers in Son’s Death

Damon Bradley’s life was lost to gun violence on November 15, 2020, and one year later, his killer has not been identified. Police say the suspect approached Bradley on Plainfield Avenue NE near Caledonia Street around 6:55 p.m. and shot him. Damon died at the hospital from his wounds. Grand Rapids Police Department needs your help to identify the killer. He is described as 5’9” to 6’ tall, wearing dark pants, a blue hooded sweatshirt, a surgical mask and white/black tennis shoes. Police are hoping citizens will pay close attention to the shoes the suspect is wearing as they are very distinct. Additionally, the suspect walks with an unusual gait which could help identify him.
