If police make an arrest based directly on your tip and the suspect is bound over to Circuit Court you may qualify for a reward.

Upon submission you will receive a special identification number. Record this number and use it to check on the success of the tip or the status of any rewards.

Wesley Wolosecky has been missing since October 17, 2011 after checking out of Spectrum Hospital. Police need your help in locating him. His family is offering a $4,200 reward for information leading to his safe return, or if a crime has been committed, for information leading to those responsible.
